Cascade Lab is one of the Luxembourg fastest growing, award winning FinTech / RegTech start-up based in Luxembourg. Created in 2019 by founders from the Luxembourg financial industry, Cascade offers an administrative, compliance and governance platform primarily aimed but not limited to SME’s and small teams, in or related to the financial sector, both in Luxembourg and internationally.


We are currently looking for a Client Care manager who has a strong understanding of the customer support process and excels at building long lasting relationships with clients.


In this role you will need to:

· Work closely with management and have direct contact with all clients;

· Create new methods and strategies to monitor client satisfaction and ensure proper support;

· Develop and maintain a company client care culture;

· Be the first point of contact for queries and support related matters;

· Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and their capabilities allowing post sale implementation and training to the new clients;


We would love to hear from you if:

· You have a minimum of 3 years of operational experience in AML/Compliance or corporate/fund industry;

· You have a very good knowledge of AML KYC laws, regulations and additional knowledge of the topics below would be advantageous:

· You have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills;

· You have excellent English and good knowledge of French;
