RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is a regulated CSSF PSF providing central administration and transfer agency services to Alternative Investment Funds and more particularly to Private Equity and Real Estate funds.

RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is currently looking for a dynamic person with the following profile:

Fund Operations Officer (m/f)

Graduated from university or business school, with a first experience of at least 3 years preferably in a similar environment, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a friendly young and dynamic team.

 

As a Fund Operations Officer, you will act as a contact person and coordinator between shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks for handling their requests. You will also take care of the day-to-day operations in relation to subscriptions/redemptions of Private Equity and Real Estate funds, of Alternative Investment Funds and following up with all parties involved.

 

Your main tasks will be:

 

  • Calculating waterfall distributions & investor equalizations
  • Creation and maintenance of shareholder registers as well as investor reports
  • Perform KYC/AML checks on investors, as well as KYT/KYI/AML-CFT (name check, internet research,…,)
  • Process and control of closings, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares
  • Drafting of board minutes, assisting in board/investment committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings
  • Review of legal documentation during the launch of new funds (according to the LPA, PPM…)
  • Review and update of internal procedures and checklists
  • Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits
  • Assisting in the organisation of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings
  • Following up on the transactions including loan agreements
  • Assisting to prepare CSSF reports (including mitigation of the risks…)
  • Taking an active part in the development of operational processes
  • Completing due diligence questionnaires and drafting operating memoranda
  • Contributing to the development of the use of our TA tool eFront

 

 Your profile:

  • Good knowledge of the fund industry & AML-CFT/KYC environment in Luxembourg
  • Knowledge of eFront would be considered as a strong advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Word, Excel and TA software
  • Excellent command of English and French, German or Luxembourgish considered an advantage
  • Very good communication skills
  • Analytical mind with strong sense of providing high quality output
