Internship opportunity Impact Finance Trainee (Advisory Team)
(Full-time, starting date flexible, preferably March 2023, for 3 to 6 months)

Based in Luxembourg, we are active globally and provide specialised consulting services in the establishment and management support of impact finance initiatives. Innpact has supported the establishment of impact finance vehicles in excess of $ 8 billion, providing significant contributions to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Through our various services, including our third party AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager) and CIS (Collective Investment Scheme) Management services, Innpact currently supports more than 25 impact funds (existing or in preparation). For each fund, we ensure that the best impact measurement and management practices are implemented, making them true impact funds.
Innpact is offering an internship for a student with strong interest in impact investing for an exciting experience in our international team of dedicated professionals. You will take part in innovative finance projects with impact goals around key social and environmental issues with a range of global organisations.
Activities during the internship:
- Collection, analysis and reporting of data linked to impact finance.
- Develop, clean and create dashboard based on impact data.
- Assist in prospect research, development of new products and services (e.g. investor platform,
reporting solutions, etc.) - Support the development of tools and templates for internal use and impact fund managers to assist in the development and implementation of impact monitoring frameworks.
- Assist team members in preparing client deliverables.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, briefing notes, meeting minutes and reports.
- Assist in the creation and proofreading of internal and external communications materials, including media publications, blogs, press releases, etc.
- Support in network development by monitoring and participating in relevant external events.
- Other ad hoc outreach, research and administrative tasks.
- support the advisory team in implementing the EU Sustainable Finance Regulations
Your skills and experience:
- You are in the process of obtaining or you have just obtained your Master’s degree in Management,
Economics, Finance, Engineering, Administration and/or in Sustainability. - You have excellent writing, editing and communication skills in English. French is an advantage.
- You have strong technical skills to analyze data and report insights.
- You are interested and strongly motivated by sustainable finance and impact finance.
- You have a creative and proactive personality.
- You present strong team spirit and a dynamic personality.
- You can handle multiple tasks and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and flexible attitude.
- You have the ability to use Microsoft Excel, experience with any other data software such as STATA, R, or Python will be considered an advantage.
- You are seeking to learn (or improve) your financial management skills
