Long-term internship Compliance Department

Duration: 6 months, ideally from January 2023 onwards

We are currently looking for an Operational Risk & Compliance Intern to support our growing operations in the Compliance department.

Your responsibilities
You will assist the Compliance team on the following tasks:

·          Drafting/updating of procedures and guidance notes;
·          Collection of management information for the production of quarterly reporting, including design and production of Key Risk Indicators;
·          Participation to AML/CTF related projects of the department;
·          Drafting / updating documents datapack in relation with the Funds and assets owned by the Funds
·          Provide support in the development and implementation of Compliance training & awareness initiatives;
·          Perform Compliance reviews under the supervision of the Conducting officer;
·          Provide support with data protection activities and controls;
·          Provide support with operational risks.

Your profile:

·          You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Law, Finance, Economics or equivalent
·          Your internship is embedded on your educational program and mandatory for the obtention of your diploma
·          Fluency in English and French is essential. Additional languages would be considered an asset
·          Autonomous, with delivery focus, hands-on approach and able to work in an international environment
·          Enthusiastic team player and self-motivated
·          Able to cope with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·          Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, planning and organizational skills
·          MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must
