Langham Hall is looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the company’s operation. The individual will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in the service delivery and implementing measures to improving processes and quality of service. We trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Review/ updating /designing policies and procedures of the company that align with overall strategy and in accordance with latest laws and regulations;
- Monitoring compliance of client structures with policies and procedures as well as fund and corporate laws.
- Assist product heads and jurisdictional heads to standardise processes and templates across all jurisdictions.
- Perform/document deep dive on processes on specific clients structures, suggest actions and monitor implementation of suggested actions;
- Project manage deep dive performed by other managers and implement suggested actions across the group.
- Keep error log updated, monitor implementation of actions. Ensure selected actions will minimise the risk of the same error occurring in the same team and organisation as a whole.
- Assistance with the upgrading of the overall client delivery model;
- Consistent use of review and quality assurance ;
- Solving problems proactively using technical expertise and common-sense.
- Monitor and review regulatory updates assessing its impact on the business;
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Technical Knowledge / Skills Required
- Experience of client service in a professional services firm.
- Experience in documenting policies and procedures
- Experience in internal audit / ISAE 3402 audits
- Leadership skills
- Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation.
- Communication and organisation skills.
- Fluent in English, with French and/or German an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
