Private Assets Client Support (m/f)

Your tasks and missions :
· Ensure the administrative follow-up of an institutional client portfolio;
· Support to the Account Managers in their tasks;
· Process investment transactions and capital calls of private asset funds.
Key requirements:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent;
· A professional experience of 3 to 5 years as Institutional Client Support will be considered as an advantage.
The skills detailed below represent an ideal profile. The acquisition of these skills can, on the basis of demonstrated learning predispositions, be achieved through the coaching and training offered by the Bank during the training and integration period.
Key technical skills:
1. Business specific and regulatory aspects
Advanced knowledge in the following areas:
· AML (KYC/KYT)
· Fund specific laws and regulations
Intermediate knowledge in the following areas
· Institutional clients
· General knowledge of the banking and financial sector
· Payment systems
· Basic knowledge in reporting
Key IT skills:
Advanced use of:
· Proficiency in MS Office
· IT tools specific to the private equity business
· Visiocall/Visioconference
Key language skills (oral and written)
· Fluency in French and English;
· Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an advantage.
