The Opportunity
As part of our strategic expansion, we are enhancing our sales team to address the burgeoning demands of the Luxembourg and wider European markets. We are in search of a seasoned Sales Executive to join our dynamic commercial team.

The ideal candidate will possess an extensive network within the European Private Equity sector and demonstrate a proven ability to identify, develop, and successfully close sales opportunities with Private Assets clients. This role is critical in fortifying daappa’s presence in these key markets, leveraging our unique position and solutions to meet the complex needs of our growing client base.

The Role
Your role will be pivotal in expanding daappa’s presence within the European private capital markets. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our client base.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction and creating long-term partnerships.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including CFOs and COOs, understanding their needs and offering tailored daappa solutions.
  • Maintain accurate profiles on prospects and provide regular reporting to the Executive Committee (ExCo) on sales activities, market trends, and pipeline status.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of daappa’s go-to-market sales and marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Represent daappa at industry events, demonstrating our products and articulating our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Handle enterprise-level contract management and negotiation.
  • Work closely with the daappa Pre-Sales and Professional Services Teams contributing insights to enhance product development and client service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales within the financial software industry, particularly in private equity and private debt markets.
  •  Strong understanding of fund accounting, operations, and asset lifecycle, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, adept at engaging with clients both remotely and in person.
  •  English and French language – bilingual proficiency written and spoken,
  • Full existing right to work in Luxembourg without time limit or restrictions,
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a keen interest in technology and finance.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing market conditions.
