Your future team

We are looking for individuals to join our dynamic team in our Assurance Services business in Luxembourg. The Assurance business forms part of our wider Audit and Assurance function, and due to our exciting growth potential we want to employ people who are energized by driving business development and sales startegy.

You will have the opportunity to coordinate and actively implement all our go-to-market initiatives that will help our Service Area Leaders to fulfil their strategic and business objectives. Your main responsibility will be actively support the business in developing new service offerings and taking these to market.

Your next challenge

  • Collaborating with Assurance Growth Team members to support initiatives aimed at increasing our professionals’ market presence and overall brand awareness
  • Interface with internal resources to identify, request, analyse research to help inform our professionals of market opportunities
  • Support target teams with company and competitor research, relationship mapping, and developing and tracking progress of relationship-building activites
  • Promote a growth culture mentality with the Assurance via meeting with and presenting to partners and practitioners on tools and platforms, including LinkedIn
  • Assist with:​​​​​​​Reporting, target list management/updates, and web-based tool management
  • Tracking market and industry developments to support regular target team meetings
  • Creating of client facing meeting materials
  • ​​​​​​​Liaise with local Assurance leaders and proposals support (C&I) to respond to new opportunities
  • Support practice metrics, including CRM/OPP system utilization and reporting

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in sales, business development, pursuits or marketing, preferably in a large, matrixed organization
  • Ability to structure research and reporting in a logical manner
  • Sound to strong knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Affinity with digital marketing and good ideas on how companies can distinguish themselves online
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding customer driven atmosphere
  • Good teamwork skills – team player with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to switch between several different tasks and respond unexpected deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports
  • Fluent in English as well as French or German, any other language would be an asset
