Purpose of this role
This role will primary cover the corporate secretarial aspects as well as the assistance on some administrative activities of all the AP corporate entities and, on an ancillary basis, of some entities related to the alternative investment funds managed by AP in Luxembourg.

A partial support on these tasks will be provided by the Office Manager / Team Administrator.

 

Key Responsibilities

Corporate secretarial:

·               Organize / supervise senior management corporate meetings (Atypical Partner Limited, Luxembourg General Partners…) (minutes, proxies, convening notices, powers of attorney, Board Pack etc…). This activity covers Managers / Directors’ meetings, various committees (Investment (United Kingdom), Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Valuation committees (Luxembourg)…).

·               Management of corporate meetings in relation with transaction activities (investment / divestment / restructuring…) and/or other activities, including General Partners and Special Purpose Vehicles, when applicable

·               Maintenance and update of AP corporate structure charts and registers (shareholders, Managers/Directors, authorized signatory lists …)

·               Coordination and management, together with the Senior Corporate Administrator, of some administrative workstreams related to our Luxembourg based entities

 

Other:

·         Act as a back-up and provide assistance, when required, to the Senior Corporate Administrator

·         Participate in other ad-hoc projects as may be required from time to time

 

Key Competencies

·         Degree in Law / Economics or Business Management

·         Proven experience in a trust / fiduciary / corporate environment

·         Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg law

·         Good knowledge of the AIFM / AIF regulatory requirements would be an advantage

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office

·         Strong team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Excellent prioritisation and time management skills

·         Fluent in English and French (any other European language would be considered as an advantage)

·         Willingness to work in a dynamic environment in a small and flexible structure

Travel
The position includes the possibility to business trips to Italy and United Kingdom
