To join this partnership, our Depositary Bank is looking for an experienced leader for our Alternative Funds’ Account Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Depositary Bank.

  • You will run a growing team of up to nine motivated employees and supervise alternative fund activities (including private equity and real estate funds, syndicate and corporate loan funds, microfinance funds, insurance linked products…)
  • In this role, you will ensure continuous process enhancement aimed at providing clients with operational excellence
  • Handle the BAU operation of the Alternative Fund team, launching ad-hoc assessments in case of operational incidents and performing the lessons learned
  • Monitor the evolution of external regulation for alternative funds and ensure the implementation of and compliance with internal procedures
  • Manage senior partners, relationship managers, portfolio managers and key service providers along the fund value chain
  • Support and provide subject matter expertise on RFPs for client pitches and fund onboarding
  • Support and participate in client meetings on alternative fund-related topics
  • Lead the year-end audit activities for alternative funds, providing accurate and timely find inventory confirmations


You Offer


  • Ten+ years of financial services industry experience
  • Proven alternative funds’ experience, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, loan and hedge fund asset classes
  • Client focused with experience in handling multiple client relationships
  • Strong people management skills with an ability to motivate staff to the highest levels of service
  • Open minded with excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Change management experience
  • University or comparable degree in BA, Finance or Controlling/ Accounting
  • Fluency in English, German and/ or French will be considered an advantage
