Venture Capital Analyst (m/f/n)

Your tasks

• You support identify, research, screen and select attractive investment opportunities in start-ups and scale-ups
• You are the first line of screening for quantitative and qualitative evaluation, and you collect strategic know how and implement content into proprietary tools
• You provide support in executing start-up transactions from start to finish in line with pre-agreed internal processes and approval needs, especially valuation and due diligence processes
• You help to manage existing portfolio companies
• You prepare supervisory board meetings
• You work closely with colleagues, investors, industry experts and other contacts in our network
• You support, structure, and agree with internal stakeholder and run testbeds
• You participate to dissemination of insights gathered in the context of the work of Corporate Venture Capital throughout the Encevo Group

Your profile

• You hold a master’s degree in economics, business administration, or any related field
• You have minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• You are a communicative and engaged team player
• You have strong finance and negotiation skills with a result-orientation attitude
• You are customer-oriented and have an entrepreneurship mindset
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English, French and German. The knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage.
