Participation Guidelines

To ensure that LPEA Technical Committees and Clubs remain active, representative and effective, we kindly ask applicants to keep the following points in mind:

• Choose the Committee or Club that best matches your expertise and interests. Members are encouraged to focus their participation on one Committee or Club, allowing them to contribute actively and meaningfully to its work.
• Coordinate internally where possible. Before applying, we encourage you to check with your colleagues whether someone from your organisation is already participating in the Committee or Club you are interested in joining. This helps us ensure a good balance of participation across LPEA member organisations.
• Luxembourg-based participation. Committees and Clubs are primarily intended for professionals based in Luxembourg. Indeed, members are expected to participate regularly in in-person meetings and activities in Luxembourg. These face-to-face interactions play an important role in fostering collaboration, engagement, and the proactive contribution that we seek from all committee members.
• Active contribution. We encourage members to participate actively in meetings, discussions and initiatives and to share their experience and expertise with the group.
• Keeping LPEA informed. If your role, organisation or circumstances change, please let us know so that we can keep the Committee or Club membership information up to date.

These guidelines are intended to support effective collaboration, broad representation and meaningful participation across LPEA's Committees and Clubs. We encourage all eligible and interested members to apply.
