Our Best practices
DiversityPreserving the diversity in the team in terms of age (spanning from 26 to 46+ years old with an average of 36y.o.), in terms of nationality (five different nationalities among 6 team members) and in terms of gender (currently 50-50 in the LPEA team). The LPEA will also continue to encourage and promote diversity in its governing bodies and groups. Promoting diversity in the LPEA community by standing with the principle of “no woman no panel” for sessions with more than 3 participants.
The LPEA offers market conform remuneration and benefits. It promotes open communication with the team supported by a weekly meeting, a bi-annual performance review, ergonomic furniture, meal vouchers and free office fruit. It also provides personal development through training budget allocated to each individual. Current absenteeism rate at LPEA is very low (0.57%).
Private Equity is a job creating sector and LPEA hosts training and recruitment events open to candidates from Luxembourg and abroad. LPEA is also engaged with JEL and welcomes interns and students on a regular basis to give them professional experience in the sector.
Industry Best Practices
LPEA’s Technical Committees, sub-committees and Clubs develop competencies within the association’s community on a broad number of topics. One of this groups is the ESG Club which supports compliance with ESG-related regulation and promotes investments in sustainable companies for example.
LPEA is signatory of environmental labels such as “Valorlux” and “SuperDrecksKëscht fir Betriber”. The Insight/ Out magazine is printed with certified paper and inks.
