Luxembourg Venture Capital & Private Equity Networking Lunch in Austin
Time: 11:45am to 2:00pm
Location: 800 Congress (800 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701).
The Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) will organise on the 21 of March the Luxembourg Venture Capital & Private Equity Networking Lunch in Austin.
We are looking forward to bringing the Austin-based and Luxembourg communities together to discuss how US Private Equity and Venture Capital funds are currently using Luxembourg as a key jurisdiction to develop their operations in Europe, notably to fundraise from European investors.
Luxembourg is home to 18 of the 20 biggest Private Equity firms in the world. The country features a reliable legal “toolbox”, a stable tax regime and features a sophisticated alternative funds’ ecosystem with all the services required to setup and manage funds in the European Union. It is regarded by many as a secure, predictable and multi-lingual jurisdiction to operate in.
As of today, many US funds have their European domicile in Luxembourg to attract more European investors into their funds. The LPEA event in Austin will share information about European regulation on fund distribution and shed light on the best practices deployed by US PE-VC firms.
If you want to learn more about this topic don’t hesitate to join our event.
