LPEA, in cooperation with Spuerkeess, is pleased to invite you to the conference “Private Equity: Coming of Age”, which will take place at Spuerkeess Banking Centre “19 Liberté”.
Luxembourg is a jurisdiction of choice for Private Equity and Venture Capital from all over the world. It has become an attractive hub for leading Private Equity firms and Family Offices, on the back of its solid legal and tax framework, innovative toolbox and professional ecosystem supporting the industry.
The growth of Private Equity in terms of Assets under Management has benefited to the Grand Duchy, where the strong performance of the asset class has been driving interest from an expanding range of investors. In a wider context of stock market volatility and low interest rates, the long-term focus of Private Equity provides a more stable perspective to investors keen on diversifying their portfolio allocation.
Increasingly, wealth managers, ultra high-net-worth individuals and private banks are joining the ranks of more traditional Private Equity investors e.g. pension funds and sovereign funds.
