LPEA has recently launched its new initiative “Private Equity For Women (PE4W)”. A group, open to both women and men, which aims to build a platform for more equal opportunities for women in Private Equity in Luxembourg.
PE4W will help professional women in PE, through dedicated initiatives including:
Mentoring: Boost women confidence
Empowerment: Empower women to succeed
Networking: Open opportunities
Advocacy: Promote women public shareholders
For this second workshop, the group will be discussing around the theme: “Striving to keep a 50/50 workforce as PE staff rise through ranks”.

10:00 – Interactive panel discussion, around the theme: “Striving to keep a 50/50 workforce as PE staff rise through ranks”, with two main speakers: Mathieu Perfetti, Head of Private Equity at CA Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management) And Nicolas Gauzès, Partner at Linklaters LLP; who will be sharing their experiences as Managers of mostly female teams.
