This GP Workshop explored the Luxembourg Company Law Reform and its implications for the PE/VC Industry. The workshop was led by Renaud Graas (Stibbe) with the support of Katia Panichi (EHP), Philippe Thiebaud (Molitor) and Mathilde Lattardand (Dentons) and was based on the work of the LPEA’s Legal Committee.
