LPEA, together with A&O Shearman Luxembourg, will organise the conference US Funds & Asset Management Forum on Wednesday, 9th October 2024 at 4pm CET.

Considering the growing relevance of the US market for Luxembourgish investors and asset managers, we have the pleasure of welcoming U.S. funds and asset management experts. They will demystify the legal, tax, and regulatory regimes applicable to non-U.S. funds and asset managers that raise capital with U.S. investors or investors looking to make investments in U.S. funds or related vehicles.
