The Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) is pleased to report the successful conclusion of the 2024 edition of its annual LPEA Insights Conference, held on the 17th of October 2024 at Luxexpo The Box, Luxembourg. This year’s attendance increased by 30% with over 850 participants, highlighting the conference’s continued relevance as a key platform for the Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE & VC) communities.
Focusing on Operational Excellence in Private Markets and Creating Value in the Era of AI, the conference explored a range of timely topics reflecting current challenges and opportunities in the PE and VC sectors. Attendees benefited from a variety of discussions on market trends, regulatory shifts, and the growing impact of AI on investment strategies.
Constructive Dialogue and Practical Insights
The event featured three stages covering topics such as M&A transactions, Fund financing, and innovative technology solutions in the industry. The new PE-Tech stage, a dome placed in the networking space, allowed participants to explore the latest advancements in digital transformation, with a particular focus on how technology is reshaping private markets.

The conference also included a focus on diversity, featuring women-led fund managers and sessions dedicated to innovation, aligning with LPEA’s broader objectives of fostering inclusivity and forward-thinking approaches.

LPEA Insights 2024 continued to serve as an important meeting point for GPs, LPs, Private markets professionals, and Asset servicers. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in productive networking sessions, which remain a core component of the event. The conference took place during the Luxembourg Venture Days, further encouraging collaboration between investors, entrepreneurs, and key industry players.
