Her expertise in critical transition leadership has enabled her to orchestrate significant restructurings and acquisitions valued at $2-3 billion. Tram has successfully transformed business models across North America, Europe, and Asia. She brings a unique blend of collaboration stamina, corporate governance, market and customer insights, financial, legal, and international business strategy perspectives to PE and VC-backed boards.
