The Arendt ESG Client Dashboard represents a change in how fund managers navigate the complex and ever-evolving landscape of ESG regulatory compliance. Built as a purpose-designed web-based platform, it addresses the full spectrum of SFDR obligations into a single integrated environment: pre-contractual disclosures, website disclosures, periodic reports, European ESG Templates, and CSSF Data Collection Exercises for both PCDs and PRs.

At the heart of the platform’s innovation is its embedded process automation capabilities:
- Smart bulk capacity allows users to replicate sections across multiple disclosures simultaneously, dramatically reducing the time and resource burden associated with large sub-fund portfolios.
- Automatic synchronisation transposes data from the PCD module directly into the WD module, eliminating duplicative data entry and the risk of cross-document inconsistencies.
- Built-in consistency checks identify discrepancies between documents through online compare and Word compare features, providing an automated quality control layer that would previously have required extensive manual reviews

The platform also integrates a translation management functionality: languages are automatically retrieved from registration information and content is extracted for translators directly from the Dashboard, streamlining a process that is critical when cross-border distribution applies.

The platform has already been deployed to serve more than 50 fund managers across more than 3,000 sub-funds, demonstrating its scalability and market traction.
