Pierre Blas is a Luxembourg-based Independent Director and RC (Responsible for Control)-certified professional, bringing broad expertise in alternative investment fund operations, governance, financial reporting and risk oversight.

With over 18 years of experience across banks, fund administrators, and startups, he has held senior fund accounting and leadership positions in Luxembourg, Germany, Ireland, France and Asia, building deep expertise in AIF fund operations, NAV oversight, valuation, operational controls, fund onboarding, and migration programmes. Pierre currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director and RC for venture capital and technology-focused funds, delivering board-level oversight across governance frameworks, risk management, valuation and NAV reporting.

His track record spans private equity, venture capital, technology investments, real estate and other private-market strategies, with hands-on experience across RAIF, SIF, SICAR, SCSp fund structures. He has also led the transfer of European fund accounting functions to oversight centres in Eastern Europe and Asia, strengthening control frameworks for alternative-asset managers operating in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.

Pierre holds an MBA from EDC, a Master of Science in Management from the University of Orléans and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mid Sweden University. He is a member of the Luxembourg Institute of Governance (ILA) and the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA). He also delivers professional training through the House of Training.
