The market you’ll work
Luxembourg is one of the world’s most concentrated financial hubs — €5+ trillion in AUM, operating under some of the highest regulatory densities in Europe. We already have clients and a team on the ground here. You’re joining a motion that’s already in play.
What you’ll do
- Map and prioritize target accounts: ManCos, UCITS and AIF fund managers, depositary banks, private banks, insurance groups regulated by CSSF and CAA
- Execute structured outbound across email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and in-person presence at key industry events (ALFI, LPEA, ILA, LuxFLAG)
- Turn AI-enriched account signals and local network into qualified sales opportunities
- Feed market intelligence back to the GTM team — in a market this tight, field insight is gold
- Keep HubSpot updated with precision. This is not optional.
What we need
- Based in Luxembourg with a real professional network in the local financial sector
- 2–4 years of B2B experience in the funds industry, private banking, ManCos, or adjacent roles
- Fluent English and French (professional level, written and spoken)
- You understand how CSSF-regulated entities think about compliance — not as a lawyer, but as someone who’s been in that world
- HubSpot proficiency — or honest transparency about your current level
The offer
- Compensation: OTE €50K–€70K — variable tied to pipeline and deals
- Location: Luxembourg, LHoFT city centre + regular visits to HQ in Pisa
