The Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) represents the private markets ecosystem in Luxembourg. Through events, publications, and thought leadership initiatives, LPEA connects industry stakeholders and supports the development of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt and Infrastructure activities.
Job Overview
The LPEA is recruiting an Events and Communication Assistant to provide support across the different functions of the LPEA team. The new resource will work closely with the Events & Communication team in the organisation of events, preparation of publications, production of digital content, management of the database, administration and logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and delivery of LPEA events
- Assist with event logistics, registration follow-up, speaker coordination and on-site support
- Contribute to post-event reporting and feedback analysis
- Assist in preparing communication materials (event pages, newsletters, website updates, social media and video)
- Help compile and structure content for publications and reports
- Support the preparation of event KPIs, participation statistics and performance reports
- Assist with surveys, data collection and presentation of results
- Provide administrative support related to projects
Profile & Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification;
- 2-3 years of work experience related to event management and/or communication;
- Fluent in English and strong command of French. Luxembourgish or German can be considered as an asset;
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Pack and knowledge of the following tools: WordPress, CRM, Canva, generative AI, video editing software;
- Creative mindset, detail oriented and organisational competences;
- Proactive, curious, hardworking and positive approach;
- Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to work well in a team;
- Flexibility to attend events in Luxembourg and outside of working hours.
