Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Adviser in Deal Advisory Real Estate (Corporate Finance)

Based in Luxembourg, this role will be working within our Deal Advisory (Corporate Finance) team on a wide range of Real Estate transactions and other real estate advisory projects, along with assisting with business development opportunities.

This role will be reporting to Managers, Directors and Partners to deliver successful projects, ensuring high quality deliverables and analysis, leading edge insights and ultimately adding value to our clients. This role will involve exposure to a broad array of real estate sectors and geographies, leveraging with our pan European Deal Advisory network.

What you will be working on

• Work with Managers and Directors on a broad array of Real Estate transactions and other real estate advisory projects;
• Support in detailed financial modelling, financial analysis and apply different Real Estate valuation methodologies in the context of real estate transactions and advisory work;
• Prepare clear client reports, information memoranda and other internal or external deliverables;
• Assist in pitching to clients, including the preparation and presentation of proposals;
• Network, build and maintain relationships with clients and with our international network.

What we look for

• You hold a relevant Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or Engineering.
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in Real Estate and financial modeling. 
• You are proactive, highly ambitious and client driven.
• You have a high level of attention to detail, and you are multitasking capable.
• You display good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and can work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Fluency in English and French is required, German is an asset.
