Our next guest for the series of webinars about careers in Luxembourg was Andy Watriquant, the Senior Career Advisor at Huxley. For over 20 years the company has provided recruitment services in many industries including Banking and Finance. Huxley teams deliver mid-level management roles through to leadership positions.
Andy Watriquant joined Huxley Luxembourg in 2018 as Senior Career Advisor after fifteen years within the pharmaceutical industry. He advises candidates and clients mainly on the Risk & Compliance recruitment market. Andy has a passion for the Asset Management industry (in particular Private Equity) and launched recently a “Sustainable Finance talent acquisition hub” in Luxembourg.

Andy shared his view on the current situation in job market in Luxembourg, specifically in private equity and also focused on jobs in ESG sector.
