European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course by Maastricht University

The application window of the European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course opens on October 15. 
The online course is free of charge and takes place between 15 January and 26 June 2022.
The course focuses on the practical understanding of corporate finance transactions and practical skills in order to negotiate and draft corporate finance documentation.
This includes for example typical transactions in a private equity and venture capital context. The course is taught by leading practitioners and academics.
