The revised version of the ELTIF opens up new opportunities. The session will showcase Luxembourg structuring options and the elements that need to be considered from a German perspective. Distribution from Luxembourg will also be discussed.

SFDR and ESG

SFDR is changing the investment focus of some PE funds and opening up new opportunities, e.g. in the form of new or other potential investors. In parallel, it poses challenges for the industry, namely linked to data clarity. This session will touch on practical aspects in dealing with the implementation of sustainability criteria.
