M&A Conference – The Dealmakers
Join us on 28 April for the first LPEA M&A Conference, organised by the LPEA M&A Club and kindly hosted by Deloitte Luxembourg.
Several significant mergers and acquisitions have recently shaped the Luxembourg market. This conference will bring together stakeholders involved in these transactions to share their perspectives and practical insights within the broader context of the global M&A environment.
The afternoon will open with an overview of the current M&A landscape, providing insights into deal volumes, sector dynamics and transaction types shaping the market today. The programme will then move to a series of transaction-focused sessions examining recent deals involving Luxembourg-based actors and platforms.
Through these case studies, participants will gain a better understanding of deal structuring, execution challenges, cross-border considerations and the operational implications of M&A transactions. Particular attention will also be given to the role Luxembourg plays as a hub for investment platforms and asset servicing businesses, as well as the critical elements required to ensure successful post-merger integration.
The conference aims to provide a practical and market-oriented perspective for Private Equity professionals, advisors and industry stakeholders involved in M&A transactions.
The event will conclude with a networking cocktail, offering participants the opportunity to continue discussions in an informal setting.
