Partners Group Event – Case study on how Foncia is disrupting itself

Partners Group cordially invites you to its investment case study presentation on Foncia. This event will take place at House 17 in Luxembourg on Tuesday 25 January 2022 from 15:00 to 17:00.

Headquartered in Paris, Foncia provides a range of primarily residential property services, incl. joint property management, lease management, letting and brokerage services in France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Partners Group acquired Foncia in 2016 and we have since accelerated the company’s growth and market leadership position, mainly through a buy and build strategy with over 276 acquisitions completed. In 2021, Partners Group decided to extend its ownership in Foncia given the large future value creation potential ahead. In particular, Foncia is changing its way of working and is disrupting its own business model (as well as the industry) with a digital transformation enabled by an in-house software development team (‘Foncia STARK’).

We will be joined by Christopher Mauss (Private Equity Investment Responsible) and Patrick Xin Du (Private Equity Investment Leader) who will expand on the Foncia value creation journey, and in particular the digital transformation to tech-enable Foncia’s services. Also, we will spend time on the evolution of return drivers in private equity and the growing need for active ownership and operational skills sets.
