This keynote speech provided insight into the Chinese private equity market as well as its political and economic environment. How do Chinese private equity houses use Luxembourg to access the EU market? What opportunities does Luxembourg provide to access private capital in China?

Speaker: Ying White is the Head of Funds and Investment Management at Clifford Chance China offices. She is also a member of the Clifford Chance APAC Private Funds Group.  Ying has advised many Chinese financial institutions and corporations on the structuring, establishment, and operations of their offshore private equity funds. Based in Beijing and Shanghai, Ying works closely with the Luxembourg team at Clifford Chance to advise private equity houses with business in China and Europe.
