CSSF Thematic Review of the implementation of sustainability related provisions in the investment fund industry

LPEA and ALFI are delighted to invite you to attend a webinar on the supervisory expectations and best practices for sustainability risks and disclosures in the area of investment management.

This webinar is a unique opportunity to get the views of the CSSF ahead of the CSA on sustainability risks and disclosures, announced on 6 July 2023.

Shaneera Rasqué, Laurent van Burik and François Lourtie from the CSSF will provide feedback:

• On the review of the implementation of the sustainability related provisions performed by the CSSF in Q2 2023 on a sample basis;
• On its onsite inspections on the integration of sustainability risk in the organisation of IFMs.

 

About the webinar

The CSSF will provide feedback on:

• The integration of sustainability risks in the organisation of IFMs, including website disclosures; 
• Verification of the compliance of precontractual disclosures, including product website disclosures; 
• Verification of the compliance of periodic disclosures;
• Verification of consistency of information in fund documentation and marketing material; 
• Portfolio analysis. 

 

Please note that there will be no Q&A session. We therefore encourage you to submit your questions by 14 July 2023, latest. You will be able to do this during the registration process.
