Agnieszka has over 24 years of experience in the financial sector and more than 19 years as an international developer. She has acquired strong relationship management skills with a portfolio of demanding international clients with a UHNWI profile and a trusted professional network.
Over the years, Agnieszka has been active internationally in the capital markets (institutional clients) and private banking sectors. This gave her exposure to most invested asset classes: equities, fixed income, funds, alternative investments, private equity and real estate.
As an Independent Board Director for some international companies based in Luxembourg (owned by UHNWI), she participates in the monitoring of risks and governance (with a focus on private equity, real estate, and infrastructure asset classes).
She left her last Senior Client Relationship duties (Director) as employed end of June 2019 to pursue her personal entrepreneurial projects and assist her clients in their passionate journeys of international entrepreneurs. Alessia Lorenti is an Independent Non-Executive Director & Advisor, with 25 years’ experience in the Luxembourg financial services industry, focusing on investment funds, asset management and banking services to Non-Bank Financial Institutions.
Alessia currently serves as iNED on several Boards of Infrastructure and Private Equity funds and GPs and on the Advisory Boards of FinTech start-ups active in the investment funds industry.
Prior to going independent in 2023, Alessia was Member of the Executive Committee and Head of Business Development for Institutional & Fund Services at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Luxembourg), Head of Non-Bank Financial Institutions at BIL (Banque Internationale à Luxembourg), and held several positions at CACEIS, including Business Development Director – North America & UK and Business & Strategic Development Manager, covering the governance of affiliates and strategic projects.
With an in-depth understanding of the regulatory frameworks across liquid and private capital investment strategies, Alessia has accompanied fund managers in their international product and corporate development, supporting in the definition and implementation of cross-border operating models, product design and distribution strategies. Projects conducted include cross-border fund mergers, multi-jurisdictional AIFM and AIF Depositary set-ups, multi-domicile parallel co-investment structures to support international distribution needs, as well as AIF and ELTIF parallel co-investment funds catering for the institutional, HNW and retail distribution requirements.
Alessia has obtained IDP & Corporate Governance certification from INSEAD. Furthermore, Alessia is a member of the ALFI REIF Steering Committee, as well as Co-Chair of the REIF Media, Publications and Events working group and a member of the LPEA iNED Club committee. In the FinTech& RegTech domain, Alessia collaborates with the Luxembourg House of FinTech as Mentor in the framework of the Catapult acceleration programmes.
Allen Foley (CDir) is a Chartered Director with over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. Since 2012, he has specialized in directorship roles focusing on UCITS and private capital funds, including private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds. His expertise encompasses leading key initiatives in management companies, Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSFs), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and corporate entities. Notably, as an Executive Director at an international management company, Allen demonstrated proficiency in regulatory compliance and business expansion across Luxembourg, Bermuda, and the Cayman Islands.
Anabela is an experienced Non-Executive Director (NED) with expertise in corporate and tax governance. She has more than 20 years of experience in advising large financial sector clients and their boards with their tax strategy and fiscal risks.
She serves various boards, as NED, among which several sustainable Private Debt and Private Equity funds.
She was previously a Partner at EY Luxembourg and have held various roles at PwC Luxembourg.
To include a sustainability lens in her advice to clients she certified in Sustainable Finance and Transition to Net Zero Carbon at Cambridge University.
She is chartered accountant in Luxembourg.
She is an active member of the LPEA NED club and ESG workgroup.
She holds a Master in Business and Economics from the Solvay Business School (Brussels) and a Master in Tax Law from Brussels Tax College (Fiscale Hogeschool).
Anke has more than 16 years of experience in the management and administration of alternative investment fund structures and has held senior executive positions at various fund administration firms.
She has advised and is member of the board of a number of PE/RE as well as VC and private debt funds and has taken an active role in looking after these from a corporate legal, regulatory and governance perspective.
Anne Canel, is board member for ING Luxembourg and Foyer Finance, as well as in international Private Equity funds as KLAR Partners, EOS, Spinecap and Faduval.
Anne’s areas expertise run across the broader private equity, banking and philanthropic activities.
She gained experience as CFO for various companies during 10 years and as Managing Director for HLD Europe until 2021, a Luxembourg based Private Equity Fund. She has also been Philanthropy Advisory at Banque de Luxembourg in charge of the creation and development of philanthropy advisory services. Anne has actively contributed to the alternative investment fund management industry, having previously been a Board Member of the LPEA and launched its ESG workgroup.
Anouk Agnes is an independent director with a focus on financial services and with extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, sustainability and business development. She is currently acting as independent board member for a number of investment funds, management companies, banks and insurance companies, as well as commercial companies in Luxembourg.
Until May 2022, Anouk served as Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Luxembourg. She joined the Prime Minister’s office after 7 years at ALFI, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, where she was the Deputy Director General and the Director for Communications and Business Development. Anouk previously worked as an Advisor to the Minister of Finance, with her main responsibilities targeted at the development of the financial centre. As such, she acted as the Secretary General of the High-level Committee for the Financial Centre, as well as the Deputy Director General of Luxembourg for Finance, the Agency for the development of the financial centre.
Anouk started her career in the area of international development cooperation in Asia and Africa. She holds Master’s degrees in law (LL.M) and in political science (M.Sc).
Aubry has over 30 years of experience leading the boards of publicly quoted and Private Equity companies to address their most high stakes issues in Corporate Strategy, M&A and Corporate Governance.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Vedihold, a large Private Equity fund, and serves on the board of Advent International portfolio companies, as well as several international insurance companies and pre-eminent family offices.
Aubry was a Senior Partner of London-based L.E.K. Consulting, where he led the Organizational Strategy & Governance practice, serving leading multinationals and Private Equity firms worldwide. He was previously partner with Pof. Michael Porter of Harvard Business School in Monitor Group, the global strategy consulting firm now part of Deloitte, where he led the Financial Services practice.
Aubry is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and INSEAD IDP, where he contributes to the Advanced Strategy for Directors programme.

Benjamin is a professional VC investor, non-executive board director/advisor, mentor, business angel and entrepreneur.
Engineer by background, he worked 10 years for multinational consultancy firms, and then had 12 years of diverse entrepreneurial experiences as startup founder/co-founder and CEO on behalf of VC funds, investors, or on his own account. I cumulated 3+ years as board director for a multi-million capital startup, including executive chairman experience. In parallel, he has been a business angel for several years (10+ investments, active LBAN member).
In early 2023, he started the 3rd chapter of his journey by joining the world of venture capital. He is now a professional investor, working as a Partner in an investment boutique which sources and structures exclusive VC/PE club deals for its Partners and network of investors (€30M invested in 29 companies in 3 years).
Simultaneously, he is growing as an independent director (experienced entrepreneur/investor profile).
Christine is a specialist in Private Equity, Venture Capital and Debt funds.
She has spent all her career in fund investment and management, where she developed a strong interest and expertise in all aspects of fund management, in particular for governance, valuation, GP-LP balance and ESG.
She started at BNP Paribas where she was successively part of the Private Equity team and leader of the investments in VC / Healthcare.
She moved to one of the pioneers of hybrid debt-equity (Euromezzanine, now EMZ) and then to AXA Private Equity (now Ardian) where she led the VC practice.
In 2006 she joined the European Investment Fund in Luxembourg, where she has been responsible for investments in Private Equity funds in Western Europe until end of 2022.
Since end of 2022 she is a member of corporate bodies of private equity players, participating to their governance at different stages of their development.

Cornelius joined Andersen in Luxembourg as a Partner, co-heading the Corporate Services division. His role includes working with asset managers, family offices and multinational enterprises with regards to their needs for Luxembourg-based regulated and unregulated corporate structures for holding, financing and structuring their investments (private equity, venture capital, real estate, debt and joint venture holdings).
He has more than 25 years of experience in this sector, having worked in leading positions with Big Four companies and large international actors such as KPMG, Intertrust and Apex Group. He advises and sits on boards, including chairmanships of large single-family office operations, funds, management companies (AIFM) and multinational corporations.

Daniel is a Trusted Advisor with 10+ years of experience in Fund Governance, Risk Management and Compliance & AML/CFT; having a deep command of the Luxembourgish fund industry regulatory framework and trends which allow to significantly mitigate regulatory risks of IFMs.
At Board level, Daniel’s vision is to provide sound Governance and proper oversight of Risk management and Compliance functions by ensuring the Governing body collectively possesses robust expertise for effective supervision of the second line of defence.
Daniel has founded Sênachê Consulting in 2021 which is an Advisory firm specialised in Risk Management, Compliance & AML/CFT and which delivers Operational team support assignments and take RC, Conducting Officer, and/or Independent Non-Executive Director mandates.
Before launching Sênachê Consulting, Daniel worked, inter alia, as Manager at KPMG Luxembourg where he delivered (i.) Interim Conducting Officers assignments and (ii.) a range of Asset Management regulatory consulting assignments, some with transformational elements for major Investment Fund Managers (AIFM licence extens
