LIVE Concert with Prof. Yuri Klempert

We inviteed you to the online concert of Professor Yuri Klempert, who performed astonishing pieces of Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff and Liszt.
LPEA launched a new charity initiative to help self-employed professionals and artists in Luxembourg, who were affected by the COVID-19 crisis. Having lost the opportunity to perform in public or teach students, these people were left without any income.
Spend your time with incredible music performed by the representative of classic Russian music school.

The program for the concert was:
1. Frederic Chopin: “Fantaisie-Impromptue”
2. Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky: “The seasons”
March: Song of the Lark
April: Snowdrop
3. Sergei Vasilyevich Rachmaninoff: “Six moments musicaux”
Allegretto, E minor
4. Franz Liszt: “Hungarian Rhapsodies”
Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2 in C-sharp minor

Professor Yuri Klempert is a representative of the classical Russian Music School and a graduate of the Conservatory of Music of Yekateringburg (Russia) where he obtained the Soloist Diploma. After many years of performing in Saint Petersburg he settled down in Luxembourg and has been teaching piano and giving recitals on various occasions.

Thanks to LPEA’s responsive community the initiative collected EUR 4,500 from private and public donors, including Spuerkeess, which we thank wholeheartedly. 100% of the funds collected were to the artist´s benefit.
