At Delio we provide our clients with highly configurable white labelled investor portals enabling them to digitally market and distribute their alternative products to their network of LPs (whether these are institutions or individuals). The Delio platform, which we set up for our clients, allows them to track fundraising, digitally manage subscriptions, manage LP relationships and communications both at onboarding stage and throughout the lifecycle of an investment.
Our reporting module allows clients to generate, manage and process capital calls and distributions; as well as allowing our clients and their LPs to digitally access and track fund performance reports and digitally manage periodic fund reporting.
We also have a structuring division, where we provide clients with tech enabled structuring of SPVs or Feeder funds across various jurisdictions, allowing our clients to democratise access to their products. The end-to-end structuring process is managed via the digital portal.
