Meet your future employer or colleagues over a drink, a burger, or a game of foosball, that’s the challenge of the next edition of Moovijob Night Luxembourg, the big Job & Networking evening specialized in IT and Finance, which will be organized on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 for the first time at the Abbaye de Neumünster.
About 40 companies will be present to recruit, inform, and talk in a friendly atmosphere with professionals specialized in Information Technology and Finance over a drink in a lounge and friendly atmosphere.
Answering a major problem for companies: the shortage of qualified talent
The latest Adem report, released in February 2022, confirmed the decrease in the number of job seekers in the country, and highlighted a staggering figure: the number of job offers published in Luxembourg during the past year has increased by almost 50%*. A phenomenal progression that describes a societal problem already well known in Luxembourg: the shortage of qualified talents in the professions related to new technologies and finance.
This relaxed afterwork, organized in a spectacular location, aims to offer an original solution to talents already employed or open to new professional opportunities, who are often in high demand by recruiters, and to allow them to discover companies or jobs they may not have thought of yet.
A highly expected return to physical format
After the 12th edition of the Moovijob Day Luxembourg in face-to-face format on March 25th, gathering nearly 140 companies and 12,000 visitors, it is now time for the Moovijob Night event to be back after 2 years of virtual organization.
This first success of the year reminded participants of the importance of reconnecting with fundamental values: face-to-face meetings and Human being, especially in a job market that is both ultra-digitized and saturated by too much information.
This is why, during the evening, all participants will be able to exchange freely in the gorgeous Abbey of Neumünster.
