Stephane is one of the two Luxembourgers in the team. After his role as the Director of Strategy, he became the CEO of the LPEA in September 2020. He has 15 years of experience in the investment funds industry, great entrepreneurial spirit and a deep local network. Stephane is in charge of different LPEA Technical Committees and Clubs (Legal, Tax, Operations, VC and others), public advocacy, governance and the LPEA Academy. He loves education and not only is he a professor and mentor for many young talents in town, but also he has an irresistible desire to improve his own knowledge and skills.

Luis oversees the different initiatives of the LPEA with the objective of supporting members in their private equity and venture capital endeavours, a job he enjoys doing since he joined the association in 2014. As COO he also likes to spend time with members, listen to them and craft new initiatives with the goal of pushing Luxembourg’s financial ecosystem forward. Privately, his Portuguese soul attracts him to the Moselle for weekend sailing and pleasant time with friends and family.

Kheira has been at LPEA from the very beginning. She knows everything about our association’s work and is the key for it to function properly. She takes care of all the enormous documentation of the company and everyone in it. Kheira keeps track and care of our membership applications and invoices, our accounting, agendas and much more. Kheira loves classical music and enjoys order, peace and silence.
HEAD OF Business development and project management

Evi has 8 years of experience in B2B companies as business development, project and event manager. She joined LPEA in April 2020 while doing her Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation in the University of Luxembourg and became a valuable part of the team.
As Head of BD of & Project Management, she is responsible for all BD related activities, the LPEA Academy, Clubs & TCs while she is leading initiatives that focus on talents’ attraction. She loves traveling and she believes that people are the greatest asset in every organization and the biggest investment in life.
Head of Events & Communications

Johann has a background in communication in both the public and private sectors. He was previously Head of Production in a communication agency and often collaborated with the LPEA on event organisation and publishing projects. He joined the LPEA team in September 2021 to amplify the association and its members’ message. Outside work you’ll often find him rambling on about stand-up comedy, music, cooking and F1. Johann is the second Luxembourger of the team.
Legal & Regulatory Coordinator

Emilie joined the team in September 2024 as the Legal & Regulatory Coordinator. She holds a degree in International Management from HEC-Liège and has experience in insurance (AXA Belgium), risk management (Waystone), and anti-money laundering (ALFI). Most recently, she worked in the development of regulatory reporting software.
At LPEA, Emilie focuses on regulatory developments and leverages her diverse expertise to support our members in navigating these evolving challenges.
