This event will involve an introductory presentation by Lisa Cawley, Partner of Kirkland & Ellis and Member of the Financial Conduct Authority’s AIFMD Group of Legal Experts and the EVCA Public Affairs Executive Technical Group on the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. Lisa will assess the landscape for fund regulation post-Brexit and also comment on the prospects for reform of AIFMD in the planned review of the Directive in 2017.
This will be followed by three expert panels covering topical issues in Private Equity, Debt and Real Estate valuation for investment portfolio purposes. These panels will be independently moderated and currently consist of valuation experts from Alvarez & Marsal, BDO, CBRE, Duff & Phelps, KPMG, Mercer Capital, Private Equity International and RICS.
