1. How to become a member

To apply for a membership, first choose the right category and complete the corresponding form.

If you are a GP, LP, VC, etc., please apply for the full membership.

If you are a service provider (bank, law firm, fund administrator, tech provider, etc.) please apply for the associate membership.

If you want to apply as an individual, you work independently and you have a PE related background please apply for the affiliate membership.

Please note that in your application you will need to provide two references that are existing LPEA members (Firm and Full Name of your contact).

2. Membership fee

The membership fee is based on the type of membership. Please view the different types of membership and associated fees here.

3. Sponsorship opportunities

The LPEA offers several different sponsorship opportunities based on your priorities, type of visibility and markets of interest.

6. How to join a Technical Committee or a Club

The LPEA’s TCs & Clubs are working groups addressing different topics, producing content and providing the opportunity to meet, dialogue and exchange ideas with peers. To join any of these working groups, please fill in this form and it will be sent to the respective co-chairs. The TCs require more specifics and relevant background information, as they are involved with more technical topics. The Clubs are open to a more diverse audience. Both Clubs & TCs are exclusive to LPEA members.

7. How to contribute to LPEA content

One of the LPEA’s main goals is to produce relevant content for the sector and educate future talent.

There are several ways to become more active and contribute to LPEA with content.

Some of our communication channels include our website, a weekly newsletter in which we share articles, the quarterly Insight/Out magazine, social media, as well as our webinars, live discussion panels, seminars and the LPEA Training Academy.
