Pontoro is a fintech and asset manager and has created a digital asset operating platform to give institutional investors improved access, market information, transparency and liquidity for private market assets. We do this with two pillars of our platform – the first pillar is a digital fund in a box which creates a natively tokenised fund vehicle that has liquidity built in and well as other secondary benefits such as customisation and greater price discovery, that third party managers can use to create their new funds. The second pillar of our platform is designed to address the funds at the maturity phase of their lifecycle and is a tokenised, automated liquidity pool solution that creates liquidity for LPs in existing private funds that are “traditional or analogue”. These two pillars of our platform are mutually reinforcing to drive greater adoption of digitally native funds with enhanced liquidity.
