Job description
Join our dynamic Internal Digital Accelerator team as a Digital Project Manager trainee —a hands-on role designed for those who want to dive into the world of IT project management. If you’re looking to gain real-world experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and sharpen your project management skills, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Do 💼
- Support Project Coordination: Help organize and manage IT projects, ensuring they stay on track and align with company goals.
- Create Project Docs: Assist in preparing project plans, updates, and meeting notes to keep everyone in the loop.
- Team Collaboration: Work with different teams to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and define project scopes.
- Track Progress: Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
- Be Part of Meetings: Share ideas, take notes, and contribute to improving project processes and outcomes.
- Research & Problem-Solve: Analyze challenges, conduct research, and help find creative solutions.
- Manage Resources: Assist in tracking budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Communicate Updates: Provide regular status reports to Project Managers and flag any risks or issues.
What We’re Looking For 🕵️
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passionate about learning project management and how IT processes work.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points if you speak other languages (like French or German).
- Organized, proactive, and excited to work in a team environment.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a “let’s get it done” attitude.
- Mandatory 5months internship as part of your academic program
