What You Will Be Working On

As a Software Engineer Trainee, you’ll dive into exciting projects and build solutions that matter. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Deliver Cutting-Edge Solutions: Develop scalable, high-quality software that meets real-world needs, collaborate with business experts to turn ideas into tech solutions, and document your work to ensure knowledge sharing.
Stay Compliant & Secure: Follow global compliance standards, address security vulnerabilities using best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10), and leverage tools like SonarQube and Azure for secure development.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance existing applications, reduce technical debt, and build innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Support Cloud Transition: Develop Azure-based solutions and simplify workflows with low-code/no-code technologies.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SCRUM) environment, participate in peer programming sessions, and help drive new ideas into action.
Grow Your Expertise: Expand your knowledge in Cloud technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and industries like Finance, Audit, and Insurance through coaching and internal training.

What We Look For

We’re seeking tech enthusiasts who are eager to learn, innovate, and make an impact. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A love for solving problems and thinking outside the box.
• A passion for software development and learning new tools.
• The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, software engineering or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Bonus points if you speak other languages (like French or German).
• Mandatory 5 months internship as part of your Master 2 program
