Legal and Regulatory coordinator

Objective:
- Reinforce the association with Legal & regulatory expertise in order to improve LPEA’s public advocacy and thought leadership role.
Responsibility on specific tasks:
- Support, coordinate the LPEA Technical committees and Clubs (Legal, Tax, Market practice & operations, ESG,…) and follow closely their activities (roadmap, meetings, follow-up, minutes, summaries,…);
- Research and monitoring of PE-VC related information regarding regulatory, legal, tax and market intelligence matters (competitive watch);
- Prepare, coordinate and monitor ongoing consultation processes (European Commission, ESMA, CSSF,…);
- Attend and participate in legal & regulatory meetings/events both nationally and internationally
- Contribute and review of the minutes of LPEA’s statutory meetings
- Review articles dedicated to the LPEA magazine, website and support with the press;
- Report directly to the LPEA Executive team
Candidate Profile
- Graduated in Business Law (min. Bachelor);
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of Private Equity-Venture Capital, Alternative Investment Funds and corporate law is requested;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Computer literate (fluent use of Microsoft Office Suite);
- Excellent English and French (German/Luxemburgish would be an advantage);
- Team player, flexible and autonomous
- Entrepreneurial, agile and committed
