Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment and Campus Trainee

With passion and purpose, we deliver modern tax services, data-driven solutions and the tax advice organizations need to succeed. We connect the dots between the insights we uncover and the tangible ways those insights can transform clients’ organizations.

What you will be working on

Campus Assistance

·         Coordinate recruiters’ business professionals attendance to campus site visits, job fairs, speaking events and any other student events

·         Support on preparing on-site or vitual material such as presentations, marketing material, etc.

·         Attend on-site or virtual campus events and work with student organizations for practices hiring from school

·         Promote the client recruiting brand and image, through social media (LinkedIn…) and students’ network

·         Be in charge of the external and internal HR communication through various communication channels (social  networks, external KPMG career website, Intranet…)

·         Support the recruitment team in the organization of any KPMG Recruitment days

Talent Attraction support

·         Promote job adverts on job boards, social media and KPMG’s career website

·         Organize the entire recruitment process: pre-screening calls, Schedule interviews, send out interview confirmations to the recruitment team, managers and candidates, book conference rooms, etc.

·         Provide secretarial support by, organizing recruiters’ agendas, answering the telephone, and maintaining the equipment and supplies.

·         Liaise directly with candidates to answer questions about organization and providing callers with address, directions, and other information as appropriate

·         Manage candidate correspondence, meeting note, contract delivery.Welcome on-site visitors and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel.

What we look for

·         Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Public Relations, or Communication

·         Fluency in English (French/German would be an asset)

·         Sound social media knowledge (LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)

·         Good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·         Excellent presentation and communication skills – including public speech

·         Ability to think « outside of the box » by creating and bringing innovative solutions

·         High flexibility and proactivity as well as autonomous working

·         Multitasking and ability to shift priorities

·         Capacity to interact with people at different levels of the organization

·         Mandatory internship of at least 6 months
