Meet our speakers:
Rachid Mallouk, Director, Co-chair of MOSAIC Europe
Rachid Mallouk joined Apollo in 2021 and currently serves as Conducting Officer, Director and Head of Central Administration.
Prior to joining Apollo, Rachid was Director of Fund Services at Intertrust for three years. He brings over 20 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial sector, having held various roles at institutions such as Mizuho Bank, RBC, Citibank, and fund services administrators including IQ-EQ and SS&C.
Rachid is also a Co-Chair of Apollo MOSAIC Europe and serves as a member of the sounding board for the promotion of the LPEA.
He holds both a Master’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Nancy in France.
Sofian Elassri, Associate Director - Apollo (Moderator)
Sofian is an Associate Director at Apollo. With a background in finance and auditing, he previously served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte Luxembourg.
He is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion and actively contributes as a member of Mosaic Europe, an internal initiative aimed at promoting a more inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Sofian holds a Master’s degree in Business and Management, with a specialization in Finance, from Haute École Francisco Ferrer in Brussels.
Claire Prospert, Investment Funds Partner and DE&I Partner - Linklaters LLP
Claire is a Partner in the Luxembourg Investment Funds
Group at Linklaters, specializing in alternative investment
funds across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt,
and hedge funds. She advises on fund structuring, coinvestments,
managed accounts, and regulatory matters
for asset managers in both regulated and unregulated spaces.
Claire also has expertise in retail investment funds (UCITS,
UCIs, ELTIFs).
As the DE&I Partner at Linklaters Luxembourg, she
champions inclusion, equity, and diversity, mentoring
participants in leadership and mentoring programs.
Helen Williams, Head of Division, Legal Directorate - European Investment Bank Group
Helen Williams is a qualified lawyer with 18 years of legal experience at the European Investment Bank Group (EIB Group). She specializes in equity investments, guarantees, external mandates, and lending operations. Before joining the EIB Group in 2007, she was a banking lawyer at a U.S. law firm in London. Helen currently leads a legal team supporting EIB’s investment projects across the Western Balkans, Türkiye, the EU’s Eastern neighborhood, and Central Asia. She holds a First-Class BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
Hida Ozveren, Corporate and M&A lawyer - Linklaters LLP
Hida Ozveren is a corporate and M&A lawyer with 15+ years of experience in Luxembourg’s legal sector. She currently works at Linklaters Luxembourg, having previously spent over a decade at Loyens & Loeff, including a two-year secondment in New York. Hida holds a law degree from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg) and is fluent in French, English, and Turkish.
Hung-Ying Chen, Director - Calista Direct Investors S.A.
Hung-Ying is an investment team member at Calista Direct Investors, focusing on private markets for family offices. He specializes in thematic research in PE/VC (SpaceTech, Secondaries, Private Credit, ESG), due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Previously, he spent 10 years in Paris, working in risk management and corporate M&A (BNP Paribas) and business analysis (Allianz Partners). Hung-Ying holds multiple certifications, including CFA, FRM, SCR, and has completed the CPA exams in both Taiwan and the United States.
Erdinç Engür, Vice President - Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management S.A.
Erdinç Engür is a senior private banker with over 20 years’ experience in the banking sector. He began his career in back-office departments before moving into private banking, where he specialized. His expertise was built up mainly in Luxembourg, enabling him to develop a solid knowledge of the local financial market and a loyal client base. With a degree in Economics from France, he combines in-depth technical expertise with a privileged relationship with an international clientele.
Kirti Kumar Motah, Vice President, Client Service Manager - Brown Brothers Harriman
Kirti Kumar Motah is a Vice President, Client Service Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman, specializing in alternative investments. With 16+ years of experience in audit, client services, and fund management, he oversees fund structuring, onboarding, and client service. Previously, he worked at PwC Luxembourg, Nexia Baker & Arenson, and Huawei Technologies, gaining global experience across Mauritius, Kenya, and Luxembourg. Kirti holds a Master’s in Banking & Finance from Bangor University, Wales.
Jan Chau, Executive Director - Prosnav Capital S.à r.l.
Jan Chau is the Executive Director at Prosnav Capital S.à r.l., Luxembourg, with over 18 years of experience in Private Equity. Before joining Prosnav in 2016, she led a $2 billion PE fundraise at Fosun Group and managed REITs investments at J.P. Morgan Chase. Jan began her career at State Street Bank and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Monash University, Melbourne.
